My yoga practice is gentle, mindful, and accessible to all levels. I am initiated into the Bihar School of Yoga tradition by my Yoga Guru Swami Niranjananda Saraswati.

Through Hatha Yoga shatkarma, asanas, pranayama, and Raj Yoga meditation, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and cultivate inner stillness that carries into your daily life.

Emotional Healing

I am a certified Transpersonal Emotional Therapist and Hypnotherapist, and I work specifically with the subconscious mind for you to build self-awareness, self-confidence, let go and heal from past trauma, emotional wounds, negative patterns and habits, fears, phobias, or address relationship issues. Whether big or small, every challenge is accepted, honoured, and heard without judgement. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

The emotional healing sessions are of two kinds:

1. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions, where we talk, get to know each other, and I facilitate you to shift any negative belief system that does not serve you to a positive belief system that will support you to live a fulfilling life.
2. Deep therapy sessions, where I guide you into a passive state (hypnosis) for you to do your inner work. This is a very safe process where your conscious mind gives access to your subconscious mind for the purpose of healing.
Applying tools such as inner child healing, regression therapy, trauma healing, creative imagery, and affirmations, I facilitate you to resolve your challenges permanently and be free again!

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing practice that works with your body’s subtle energy system. It’s deeply relaxing and releases energetic blockages that may be affecting your physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing.

Sessions can be done in person or at a distance, making this healing modality accessible no matter where you are in the world.
